Information rates 2025

Rates as of 1 January 2025
You can find the rates effective from 1 January 2025 on the location page of your facility.
Our rates at the KDV always include (bottle) feeding, a daily (hot) organic lunch and nappies.
You always pay for Nursery 11 hours per day, from 07.30-18.30.
Should you make use of our extended care (between 18.30 and 19.00), this time will be billed afterwards.
Should you need extra care hours, these hours will be invoiced after the extra care has actually taken place. You are also entitled to childcare allowance for extra hours.

Employee costs CLA 2024-2025
Employee costs account for 72% of total costs. The CLA increase of 6.6% is made up as follows:
CLA effect |
|
CLA impact in 2025 from 2024 |
1,8% |
CLA impact in 2025 (assumption) |
2,5% |
Annual CLA periodic |
2,3% |
2025 total impact |
6,6% |
- The impact of salary increases carried over from 2024 (2% by 1/4/2024 and 1.5% by 1/11/2024) for 2025 salary costs is 1.8%.
- The current collective agreement runs until 31 December 2024 and negotiations for 2025 have not yet started. We therefore make the following assumption on this upcoming CLA increase for 2025: 2.5% wage increase over 2025 as a whole. Should the negotiations result in an increase higher than our estimate, the rate will be increased proportionally during 2025 (i.e. 72% of the increase above the 2.5% assumption)
- Employees will receive an additional periodical increase each year under the collective labour agreement. The effect of this periodic increase is 2.3%.

Employee costs - improvement in working conditions
The structural improvement in employment conditions amounts to 4.6% and consists of additional salary increases, new career opportunities and a variety of other improvements that contribute to our employee satisfaction.
Other costs, study days and catch-up effect
- Other costs include food, care, rent, maintenance and IT, making up 28% of total costs. These costs increase with inflation at 3.0%
- Due to changed government regulations, study days are no longer eligible for childcare allowance. Study days should be included in the hourly rate, just like other personnel costs. In 2025, we will therefore no longer invoice CompaNanny study days, but incorporate them in our hourly rate; we will therefore increase our hourly rate by 0.8% (the equivalent of 2 study days). Instead of giving a credit/exchange day in the parent portal, the CompaNanny study day will henceforth be credited to parents who take care on the day in question.
- The catch-up effect of 1.2% of the increase implemented in 2024 as a result of the new CLA agreements for 2024 will be factored into the rate for 2025.

Warm, daily fresh lunch from 1 January
From 9 months, children at the Nursery receive a hot and daily fresh lunch, prepared by Moekes Meal, with 97% of organic ingredients. The dishes from Moekes Meal are dishes especially for children, with all the important nutrients for the day. The portions are weighed out, so we can be sure children eat healthy and enough.
After a day of childcare, it often happens that children are too tired to eat in the evening. This can be at the expense of important nutrients a child needs to develop optimally. At CompaNanny, children eat together at the table and meanwhile we talk about what we see on our plate, what the texture is and how it tastes. This ensures that children eat better and more consciously!
