How do I request a new user name?

When your child starts at CompaNanny, an account will be created for the parent portal at the email address you provide. Is this no longer working or unable to log in? Send an email to info@compananny.nl. Then we will help you further.
I did not receive an e-mail with login details. What to do now?

That's unpleasant. Send an email to info@compananny.nl and we'll make sure you receive a new activation email from us.
I forgot my password. What to do now?

You can request a new password in the login screen of the app or via the web version. Your user name is your email address with which you are registered with us.
