Our people make the difference
Our Pedagogic Employees are driven, passionate and qualified professionals. All the Nannies at CompaNanny have completed their (pedagogic) education and are qualified to work in childcare. This means that the Nannies working at our branches have an SPW (Social Pedagogical Work) background, or have completed an education in Pedagogy, PABO (primary school teacher training) or, for example, sports training. This combination ensures that we have an optimal mix of knowledge and skills in-house for the development of your child.
Locations and services
At CompaNanny, we offer childcare to children aged 0 to 12 years old, and we do so at 34 locations in the Netherlands. Our locations are furnished in a homely way so that children feel like they are at home. We provide a quiet and safe environment where children do not receive too many stimuli. The groups have plenty of light, and we use natural colours and materials, such as wood. Our rooms and groups radiate tranquillity and you will not see computers or televisions at the groups. This encourages children to use their own imagination and creativity.
CompaNanny offers various services. We have a Daycare for children aged 0 to 4 years. The Daycare is divided into Baby groups, Infant-Toddler groups and Toddler groups so that children always play in a group with their peers. We also offer After-School Care to children aged 4 to 12 years; Kindergarten (2-4 years); Bilingual Childcare (0-4 years); and Flexible Childcare (0-4 years) for parents/guardians with irregular work schedules.

To reinforce this, we invest in increasing our pedagogic knowledge and expertise. Not only internally but also externally. For example, we regularly organise CompaTalks or CompaNanny Insights, interactive (online) workshops and training for parents/guardians. Where experts – both ours and external ones – share their knowledge on pedagogic topics or issues.
