The Quality team consists of (ortho) pedagogues who continuously work on our pedagogic policy and its application in daily practice. They do this on the basis of the latest (scientific) knowledge, social developments and the experiences and insights of our 1,000 pedagogical employees at the branches.
The Operations team consists of Regional Managers who lead their own multidisciplinary Regional Team and the Branch Managers. They supervise and manage the day-to-day operations, together with their team, and form the bridge between the locations and head office.
The Customer Care team is the business card of our organisation. They are proactively involved with parents/guardians, have the answers to all their questions and are experts in puzzling. The planning and placement of children at our locations is a dynamic issue in which availability and the parents’/guardians’ wishes are optimally matched.
The Marketing & Communication team is responsible for building a strong brand. Attracting new parents/guardians and employees is a daily taks for this team. In addition, they also focus on the satisfaction and needs of our current parents/guardians. Finally, a lot of time and attention is devoted to communications and product and service development.
Our HR team is engaged in the recruitment, selection, development and retention of our people. With professionals in Learning & Development, Recruitment, HR Advice and Personnel Planning, they provide optimal support for the entire organisation. They guarantee the best people. The Real Estate team is responsible for the CompaNanny real estate portfolio: acquiring and building new locations and the ongoing upkeep of existing locations. They regularly carry out maintenance and improvement work, and ensure the locations are pleasant and safe.
Healthy and efficient business operations is what this team is working on every day. By automating and centralising a large part of our administration at head office, our locations are relieved of such tasks and can therefore concentrate on what they do best: the optimal development of our children.
