At a group
The Childcare Professional
Childcare Professionals are the familiar faces at the group. They guide your child every day in playing, exploring and growing, and are your first point of contact. Each child is assigned a mentor: a dedicated Childcare Professional who closely follows your child’s development. Each year around your child’s birthday, the mentor invites you to a development meeting.
The Group Assistant
Group Assistants support the Childcare Professionals at the group. They assist with practical tasks such as preparing materials, tidying up and basic care duties. The Group Assistant also helps with activities and trips. This allows the Childcare Professionals to focus more time and attention on the children.
At the location
The Housekeeping Assistant
Housekeeping Assistants ensure a clean and pleasant environment for children, parents and employees. They keep the spaces tidy and support with the preparation of hot meals. Sometimes, they also assist with practical tasks at the group.
The Assistant Manager
Assistant Managers combine working at the group with managerial responsibilities at the location. They support their Branch Manager and guide the Childcare Professionals in their work and development. The Assistant Manager is also an additional point of contact for you as a parent.
The Branch Manager
Branch Managers are responsible for their childcare location as a whole. They directly manage their management team and ensure that the quality of childcare remains high. In addition, the Branch Manager supports employees in their professional and personal development.
The Deputy Branch Manager
Deputy Branch Managers support their Branch Manager in the day-to-day running of the childcare location. Their responsibilities include planning, facilities and maintenance. This helps ensure that the location runs smoothly.
Pedagogical support
The Childcare Specialist
Childcare Specialists work within the groups and monitor and strengthen the pedagogical quality at the location. If a Childcare Professional or a parent has a question about development, behaviour or our pedagogical approach, the Childcare Specialist is there to provide support.
Regional Quality Coach
Regional Quality Coaches support a location from a pedagogical perspective. For example, by coaching our Childcare Professionals throughout the year in their pedagogical practice. If your child has additional care needs, the Regional Quality Coach of your location can offer guidance and advise the team. In this way, they help to further develop the pedagogical quality at the location.
