Are there any costs associated with registration?

No, registering via the form is free of charge and without obligation.
What happens after I register using the form above?

By registering, you are submitting a non-binding application for your child(ren) at one of our locations. You are not committing to anything at this stage. After completing and submitting the digital form, you will receive an immediate confirmation from us by email. Within one to three working days, our Planning & Placement team will contact you by phone to discuss your preferences and answer any questions you may have. You will then receive a registration confirmation by email, after which our Planners will begin processing your application.
If the requested childcare can be scheduled immediately, our Planners will contact you and you will receive a contract proposal by email. If there is no immediate availability on all preferred days, we will make you an offer based on current availability and place you on the waiting list for your preferred days. As soon as a place becomes available, we will let you know.
Are there waiting lists at CompaNanny?

If we are not yet able to make you an offer because we do not plan as far ahead as your preferred start date, you will also receive a confirmation of your registration and be placed on the waiting list. Our waiting list varies depending on location, timing, childcare days, age group and type of childcare. We will inform you about any waiting lists once we contact you regarding your registration. If there is no availability at the time you are looking for childcare, we are happy to think along with you to find a suitable solution.

Can I visit a CompaNanny location?

Of course! You can sign up for a guided tour at the location of your choice via our online tour request form . During the tour, you will get a good impression of our childcare, the groups, our Pedagogical Professionals and our unique way of working. There will also be plenty of opportunity to ask any questions you may have.
