Where can I find the National Childcare Register (LRK) number of my branch? You can find the LRK number on our website, under Practical Information within the relevant branch. If your child has already been placed, you can also find the number on your contract.
When are the branches closed? CompaNanny is closed on official holidays: New Year's Day, Easter Monday, King's Day, Ascension Day, Whit Monday, Christmas and Boxing Day. In addition to these, we also close a maximum of two times per year in connection with professional development days for our staff. We'll inform you at least 3 months in advance about those dates.
How can I submit a complaint?
We apologise in advance if you are dissatisfied and have a complaint. Of course you can discuss your complaint with the people directly involved, the pedagogic staff member, and/or the Branch Manager. The Branch Manager is responsible for daily operations at the branch and is the person designated to find a solution with you.
